Description

Splendid T2 Duplex of charm, in the heart of Montignac-Lascaux. 

This 45 m² apartment, for 2 to 4 people, will offer you high quality services. 

Its decoration, a real invitation to travel, will not leave you unmoved.

You will find a large kitchen, fully equipped, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, as well as a bar to enjoy them. 

The lounge area has a convertible sofa of 140 x 200 cm, with a real mattress of 18 cm thick, offering much more than an extra bed. The coffee table is a revisited suitcase, which was found in the attic during the renovation. 

A connected Smart TV will allow you to relax while watching your favorite programs. 

In the bathroom, Balinese inspiration with a large wooden cabinet and two large stone basins, a change of scenery guaranteed! The 120 x 80 cm shower with hydromassage jets will finish relaxing you. 

On the first floor, a very large room of more than 20 m² where everything has been thought for your well-being. First of all, a King Size bed, 180 x 200 cm will guarantee you comfort and independence of sleeping. Most of the furniture in this room has been made or renovated by us, from the walnut headboard to the chest of drawers to store your personal belongings. 

L’appartement est entièrement équipé d’une climatisation réversible, ce qui vous assurera une température idéale même sous les combles. 

L’appartement étant en plein centre ville et à proximité d’un bar, des nuisances sonores sont possibles essentiellement le weekend en période estivale.

Nous sommes à votre écoute pour tous renseignements complémentaires et pour vous conseiller sur les bons plans à ne pas rater lors de votre séjour.

« Coralie and Nicolas are fabulous hosts! They both greeted us upon our arrival and showed us to our apartment (they even had a small bottle of wine waiting for us! ). Our accommodations were beautiful (all apartments are newly renovated) and very clean. We had only planned on staying 2 nights but decided to extend our stay after the first day. Although our apartment was booked, they graciously let us use a different apartment without hesitation (this one was equally beautiful).
Great location and easy drive to Sarat and other places.
I would highly recommend staying here… you won’t be sorry!! »
