Installation dans les gîtes, à partir de 16h.
Diner libre non compris dans le prix du séjour possible dans l’un des restaurant du village de Montignac – Lascaux
Nuit dans un apaprtement standing de votre choix.

Jour 2 : 13H30 / Discovery of the Truffle and tasting

Discovery of the truffle, its cultivation method and its characteristics with our truffle grower.
Tasting of truffle toast with a welcome drink.

Jour 2 : 15H / Truffle farm visit

Visit of a truffle farm with our truffle farmer.
Cavage (search for truffles) with his dog.
Possibility to buy and/or order fresh truffles.

Jour 2 : 17H30 / Free time

Jour 2 : 20H / Gastronomic meal " Tout Truffe "

All-truffle dinner by talented chefs who have worked for the greatest.
Menu composé de 5 plats around the Truffle, different each week according to the arrivals, our chefs work only with fresh products and in short circuit.
Boissons non incluses,  accords mets et vins 15€ pour 3 verres

Jour 2 : Nuitée

Night in one of our luxury apartments to be chosen at the time of booking.

Jour 3 : 9H / Breakfast

To enhance the breakfast prepared by you, a selection of products will be at your disposal to start your day well...

Jour 3 : 10H30 / Cooking classes at the lodge

Return to the lodge.
Cooking classes around the truffle. Learn how to sublimate your truffles by making your own classic truffle dishes. Make a complete meal from the aperitif to the dessert.
Objective: Learn how to cook truffles with simple and easy to reproduce recipes at home.
Departure possible until 4 pm.

Venez déguster vos délicieux plats concocté avec amour lors de votre cours de cuisine.
